Opaque, dark purple colour, heavily almondy nose. Inky and dense on palate; bigger in size than the Zanna, though not necessarily better-defined, and with the same kind of unpleasant dilution. Hard and tannic on the finish.
The grapes come collections, in kind, the first decade of October, after one taken care of selection, come diraspate, pigiate and vinificate according to "red" the traditional method in with one long maceration of the peel in vinificatori of stainless steel to one temperature controlled of 28°C.
The wine, finished the malolactic fermentation, comes place to age in botti of rovere of Slavonia from 25 hl for a period of 6 months approximately, to the term of which it is proceeded to the bottling. It follows a sharpening in bottle of 2-3 months before going in sale.
Color: red they steal with violacei glares in the young.
Scent: it yields red, gradevole, persistent.
Taste: in mouth it is revealed of beautiful deep, full, round, harmonic, persistent fullness, with end of liquirizia.
