ZANNA

Aged over two years in botte. Colour is dark ruby with some browning at rim. Excellent nose with a roasted coffee character, some balsamic vinegar and almonds perhaps showing later. Les temperamental than remembered? Slightly glassy and unsubstantial in mouth, especially on the finish. Nose better than palate here.

The Zanna vineyard is one of the last ones to being harvest, after a strong thinning and one meticulous selection of the grapes; product in the better vintage years only comes. The grapes come diraspate, pigiate and placed to ferment in vinificatori of stainless steel to a not advanced temperature to the 30°C. Completed the malolactic fermentation the wine comes to decant in the barrels of rovere of Slavonia from 25 hl approximately where it remains 24-26 months.

Color: red they steal intense, with passing of the years stretches to granato.

Scent: of mora, it remembers fruits and flowers withered with all'etereo tendency.

Taste: it is a wine of large stoffa, soft tannins, it is expressed vellutato and forbito for thrilling encounter with important sauces a lot.
