Pecorari Pierpaolo began being active in 1973 obtaining a pioneering path of quality, which allowed to overcome the territories characteristics. It was decided to plant the first vines in the Olivers and Kolaus zones, because for him it was the maximum expression of the territory. He planted the first vines with 5500 stalks per hector, creating a perfect balance between the vines and the earth; with this as his starting point, today he is proud that after all these years of work, he found back in his wines all his charater, passion and taste for his work.
