PETRUSSA

The agricultural firm has been running since the beginning of the 900’s by the Petrussa family, and continues with Gianni and Paolo’s hard work. Owned land and rented land (about 10 hectors) host the vineyards, which produce grapes destined to the wines of Petrussa, in the compensory of the DOC zone of the Oriental hills of Friuli, East of Friuli Venezia Giulia. In the recent years, cultivating vines is regarded for productive vegetative balance with production per stalk which varies from 0,5kg to 2kg./stalk. Grapes from singular vignettes are processed seperately, with the intention of studing every plot, even small, to classify it so in the future only one of better land is produced.

The research continued in the vineyards is neighboured by work in the cellar, where the use of technology partners with experience which matures with seperated wine particle productions.
