FRATELLI POGGI

The agricultural firm began to be active in 1870, when the Poggi family, originally from Genova decided to dedicate themselves to cultivating wine grapes and fruit trees. The actual cellar was built more than a century ago, in 1888, as an extension of the agricultural sector, with over 120 hectors of terrain on the Moreniche hills between the Garda lake and the Agige river.

Until now, production has been continued from generation to generation, and up to today Giorgio Poggi and his son Fabio personally cultivate the various states of production with care and dedication, paying particular attention to the ripening, picking of the grapes and the making of the wine. The sector produces around 7500 quintals of grapes from its property and makes a large variety of all D.O.C wines.
